The sailors at the Salty Maiden

The sailors at the Salty Maiden are residents of Trolberg. They are exclusive to the animated series and do not appear in any of the graphic novels.

They first appeared in Chapter 2: The Draugen, when Wood Man was playing Sea Bones with them. Wood Man got double dragons, which made him win. One of the sailors was sobbing over their loss, but another one of them threatened that Wood Man would never play again if he walks away. Hilda told him the worst thing is beating up someone who won fair and square. When Wood Man rubbed their loss into their face, the sailor got Hilda and Wood Man thrown in the dumpster before saying, "And don't come back!" Other than the cameo in Chapter 7: The Beast of Cauldron Island, they are not seen again leaving it unknown of what became of them.
