The Committee of Three

The Committee of Three are three Witches that govern Witches Tower and guard the entrance to the Void of No Return.

They are first seen in "Chapter 3: The Witch" when they remind Kaisa that she only has 2 hours left to reclaim the book that she checked out 30 years prior, and that she will be cast into the Void of No Return if she fails. They are very strict when enforcing the rules of Witchcraft,

Members[]

The witch with the long orange/white hair is named Abigail (not to be confused with the Draugen captain from "Chapter 2: The Draugen"). The names of the other two members are unknown.

Trivia[]

The committee is mentioned in "Hilda and the Ghost Ship", but is called "The Council of High Witches" there and does not appear in the story directly.
