This unnamed giant slug is a Rock-Chewing Slug that appears in both the graphic novel "Hilda and the Stone Forest" plus in the animated series episode, "Chapter 13: The Stone Forest" which adapts to the book. Where it plays the same role in each.
Appearances[]
While alike other slugs, this particular individual has pale white skin, rounded eyes and teeth. Although it is oddly more greater and larger in size than most plus its eyes are blue. Therefore, it is unknown if whether this could be either an adult and the other slugs are thus infants or just an atypical of growth.

Graphic Novel[]
It appears briefly in "Hilda and the Stone Forest", when Hilda, Twig and Johanna hide from the Two-Headed Troll while inside a tunnel filed with Rock-Chewing Slugs until the giant slug emerged which caused a cave-in.
Animated Series[]
The giant is prominently featured in "Chapter 13: The Stone Forest", adapting "Hilda and the Stone Forest". Like that story, after hiding a tunnel, Hilda and Johanna are frightened by the giant slug's enormous eyes as it came bursting out, nearly ramming the Two-Headed Troll.
