Erik Ahlberg's mom (real name unknown) is a minor character who appears within the graphic novel, "Hilda and the Mountain King" plus the movie of the same name, although only as a hallucination in both and in the graphic novel she remains entirely off screen, with the reader only seeing Erik's reaction to her.
Erik Ahlberg sees her after Hilda uses Trundle's eye to show him a vision of Trundles plan to awaken Amma. In the vision, Erik is attacked by tiny trolls, after which a giant resembling his mother rises up from the ground to defend him, destroying the city the trolls live in in the process. This makes Erik realize that if he hurts the trolls that try to enter Trolberg, Amma will come to their aid and destroy Trolberg.
