Angry weather spirit

This unnamed weather spirit is a character who appears in "Chapter 10: The Storm". She did not appear in either the graphic novels or Tie-In Book Series.

Biography[]

At some point prior to her first appearance, Victoria van Gale stole the Weather Spirit's Baby in an attempt to learn more about Weather Spirits and their weather controlling powers. Naturally, the mother tried to find her child, but on her way to Victoria's weather station she encountered a large group of other weather spirits that had also been drawn to Trolberg by Victoria, and ended up in a heated debate with them that resulted in a severe snowstorm above Trolberg. It was only after Hilda and The Great Raven interfered and ended the debate that the storm stopped and the mother remembered her original goal. She immediately attacked the weather station to demand her child back. When Hilda discovered the captured baby, she freed him and reunited mother and child. However, by this point the weather spirit had already caused so much damage to the weather station that the building collapsed. Hilda survived because the weather spirit inadvertently took her with her. She then accidentally dropped Hilda above The Great Forest without ever noticing the girl.

Trivia[]

In the book "Hilda and the Ghost Ship" it is revealed that the adventure with Victoria and the weather spirits also happened in the Tie-In books, implying that this weather spirit also exists in this continuity. The character is never seen however since the events are only briefly mentioned.
